Proceeding north from the Clubhouse #1 par 5 plays relatively level although quite wooded. From #2 on the change is evident with water Ocean from estuaries, and elevation changes abound as this area is quite wild. #4 par plays to the ocean, 5 and 6 play inland with great elevation changes over an estuary to get back to two of the most spectacular ocean holes in the world. #7 par 3 playing completely along a cliff with the green close enough to be dangerous to more than your golf game. Then the par 4 8th again playing completely alog the Pacific. From the tee the route and the green framed on the point are highly visible, the strategy and shot making to get there will probably be discussed in detail at the 19th hole. Finishing, the Sapphire 9th with the tee on the ocean point, it proceeds over streams and through the woods to arrive safely at the Clubhouse.
